This means home bakers in Oklahoma can sell products like cheesecake and cream-based baked goods, with a few restrictions on where and how they can be sold.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What homemade foods can I sell in Oklahoma?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can make and sell any food from home in Oklahoma as long as it <strong>does not contain<\/strong> any meat, poultry, seafood, meat by-products, unpasteurized milk, cannabis, or marijuana. You may use a delivery service for these non-TCS foods as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As a food producer, Oklahoma requires you to complete an approved food safety training (ServSafe)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your home food business may only make up to $75,000 in annual sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must label all homemade food with the following:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your name and phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your home address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a product description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the ingredients in descending order of proportion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an allergen statement (allergens include milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, wheat, fish, shellfish, and sesame). If tree nuts are present, specify the type. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the statement: \u201cThis product was produced in a private residence that is exempt from government licensing and inspection.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> As far as homemade food laws go, Oklahoma&#8217;s are quite relaxed.
